Since this dispenser included the stand, it was the lowest price of all the items listed in this category. There was no delivery charge with standard parcel post. The spout was not in the package when it arrived. I called the company's "800" number got immediate responce and it was mailed out the next day. Very satisfied with all aspects of the purchase from price to merchant support.
