.......I would rate this 5 stars. On price, I have to knock it down a couple of notches. I don't blame Amazon, they are still cheaper than the brick and mortar retailers, but Samsung should be ashamed! Eventually someone will knock this off with a quality product, not the knock off junk that is out there.

Ordered to replace existing filter in refrigerator. Received promptly. Installed when refrigerator signaled previous filter was exhausted. Not difficult to install, but required considerable torque (by hand)to remove old filter. Biggest complaint is price. Have to pay $32 +or- every 6 months, which seems expensive for a simple water filter. I am looking for a cheaper solution. It seems to function OK, but who can tell without a lab test of the filtered water.

Looks well made and works. But VERY EXPENSIVE for what it is ! IThe profit margin on this must be enormous - a big rip off.

It fit properly and has performed for about a month so far without a leak. I'd give it five stars if it wasn't so ridiculously overpriced.
