This filter works really well and we have never had any problems with it. There is a very distinct difference in the flavor of the water when we use this filter.

I bought this to replace the old filter in our fridge. It was a little difficult to put on but I think it is due to the design of the filter rather than this particular product. Also, when I first ran water through it, it was dark brown/black in color. I assume that this is normal. I ran 5-6 glasses of water through it and it cleared up. Tasted fresh and clean afterword. Good price but shipping is a bit much in my opinion. I will probably buy another in a few months.

Filter delivered as promised, service very good- this is a low quality filter and not equivalent to the charcoal filter that came with the Fridge
